Return and Replacement Policy

We have a 14 days return policy. So if your order is not quite as expected be sure to contact us within this period of time starting from your purchase date.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If this is the case please take clear pictures of the problem in question, which runner/sprue it is and the packaging if it was damaged.

A refund is possible when the returned items meet these conditions:
-In its original packaging.
-All runners/sprues are unopened.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order took advantage of our free shipping service, this will also be reduced from your refund total.
