Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return and exchange policy. So if your order is not quite as expected be sure to contact us within this period.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. A refund is possible when the returned items are in new condition and free of damages by the customer and in the original packaging.

To speed up this return process please follow the following steps:

Step 1

Please contact us via our contact form or by sending an e-mail to info@side7.nl and let us know what the problem is and if you want your order to be replaced or refunded. Please make sure you include your name and order number.

Step 2

After receiving our approval send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Step 3

In case of a refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case of an exchange
We will check whether the item is defective or damaged, we will notify you of the approval or rejection for your exchange.

Step 4

In case of a refund
Your refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your method of payment and/or credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by side7.nl for it to be available as credit and it appears on your credit card account or bank account statement.

In case of an exchange
Your exchange will be processed and shipped to your original address as soon as possible, depending on availability of the items that need to be exchanged.
